1. Create your free account

Click Get started, choose Creator, then Continue with Google or fill in Full name, Email and Password and click Create account. Confirm your email if you used email sign-up. You get 3 free trial credits, with no card needed.

2. Open the Create page

Use New Info Sheet on the Dashboard, New sheet in the top bar, or Create in the sidebar. Keep the Basic pill selected.

3. Choose your size

Under Step 1 — Choose your size, Letter 8.5×11 is the default. Picture quality can stay on Automatic.

4. Tell it what to research

Type your topic in Subject / Title. Optionally click a direction chip under Instructions & direction.

5. Pick a brand (optional)

Choose a brand in Brand for this sheet, or continue without one.

6. Generate

Click Generate. It usually takes 30–60 seconds; stay on the page. If a build fails, the credit is refunded automatically.

7. Review and fix

Enlarge to read. Use Rebuild this sheet and describe changes in What should change?, or Regenerate → Quick restyle → Restyle only. Each saves a new version in Version history (1 credit).

8. Download or share

Download PNG (free) or PDF (paid plans), turn on Public link, or use SEO & Publishing → Publish landing page.

Basic or Advanced

Basic asks for a size, subject and optional direction; AI handles research and design. Advanced adds Research settings, Format & design (design style, hero image style, information density and reference photos), plus a Review step to edit the title, summary, key facts and sources before Approve & generate. Both cost 1 credit.

Sizes

Free accounts get Letter (8.5×11), A4 portrait, Square 1:1 and the Letter ‘Two pages side by side (open book)’ spread. Paid plans add Portrait 4:5, Pinterest 2:3, Tabloid (11×17), Story 9:16, Landscape 16:9 and Link card 1.91:1. Custom sizes are Agency only. Tall print sizes get cropped in social feeds; use Square or Portrait 4:5 for posts.

Direction & templates

Choose a direction chip such as Balanced overview, Pros vs cons, Beginner how-to, Recipe or Latest news. Free accounts can use How It Works, Place / Destination, Business Listing and AII Headline News templates.

Branding

Choose a Brand kit or Add brand in Brand for this sheet. Select Brought to you by for a logo credit or Full brand styling. Only Agency white-label exports remove the “Built by Ai-infosheets.com” footer.

Make changes

Use Rebuild this sheet, Regenerate or Quick restyle. Each saves a new version (1 credit); switch the active version any time in Version history. To rename without changing the image, edit Title in Details and click Save changes — free.

Download

Download PNG on every account, or a print-ready PDF on paid plans.

Public link

Switch on Public link and copy the /s/… link. Anyone with the link can view and download the sheet, but it isn't listed in search or InfoVerse. Switch it off to disable access.

Publish landing page

In SEO & Publishing, Generate SEO content, tick the rights confirmation, and pass Pre-publish validation (usually add two working sources with Find sources or Add source, then Save SEO fields). Publish landing page creates a public /p/your-slug page listed in InfoVerse, with share buttons for X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Reddit, Email and Copy link. Unpublish any time.

Trial & credits

New accounts receive 3 free trial credits after confirming their email (Google sign-ups are confirmed automatically). No card needed. One credit builds one finished sheet; each rebuild, regeneration or restyle costs 1 credit. Renaming, re-downloading and AI writing helpers are free. Failed builds are refunded automatically.
